Project Construction Cost Professional Fee Minimum Compensation for Civil Engineer’s for rendering the following

services
P10 million and less 8%
Professional Fees
Over P10 million to P20 million P800.000 plus 7.5%
In excess of P10 million 1. Value Engineering 25% of Professional Fee
+25% of savings

Over P20 million up to P30 million P1.550,000 plus 6.5% 2 Expert Witness P2.000 / appearance
in excess of P20 million
Minimum Compensation for Civil Engineers rendering Academic
Over P30 million P2,200.000 plus 5 5%
in excess of P30 million Services.

If the civil engineer is not the prime professional for the above groups but
renders basic civil engineering services only, his fee shall be a minimum of Touching pan time or lull time basis
25% of the prime professional fee.

Part B- Minimum Compensation For Civil Engineer as Professional Not a. BS degree holder P75/hr - 150/hr
Prime. When the Civil Engineer renders basic Engineering Design Services
b Master degree holder 150/hr - 250/hr
only his fee shall be as follows:
c.Doctorate Degree holder 250hr - 400/hr
a. Group IV - Hotels, large apartment buildings office buildings,
shopping centers, store buildings, resorts. hospitals, and d. Lecturer (PICE-CPD) 500/hr

f. Resource Speaker 500/hr
Over P10 million up to P20 million P105,000 plus 0.975% g. Writer/Author P3,000/article

Over P20 million P202,500 plus 0.825%


In excess of P10 million

Over P30 million P265.000 plus 0.675%


in excess of P30 million

b. Structures not falling in any group shall be classified into Group III
