The Ministry of Urban Development and Construction requests that MH Engineers PLC arrange a management meeting as soon as possible to discuss disagreements that have arisen between the end user and contractor regarding demolition and modification of works by the end user on the construction contract of the INSA Head Quarter Phase-3 project. The meeting is requested in accordance with GCC Clause 76 of the construction contract. Copies of the request were also sent to various directorates within the Federal Government Buildings Construction Project Office.
