4. Q: When did you take and pass the physician licensure exam?
A: I took the exam in 2005 and passed it in the same year.
9. Q: How were you able to identify that the body belonged to one
Castor Cabasan Y Semillano?
A: The remains were personally and visually identified by the
brother of the victim, Francisco Cabasan y Semillano.
13. Q: How will you describe the first stab wound and its location?
A: The first stab wound was located on the left pectoral region
measuring 3 x 1.3 cm, 8 cm from the posterior midline, 8 cm deep,
directed posteriorwards, downwards and medial downwards
piercing the underlying soft tissues and muscle fracturing the 3 rd
left rib and puncturing the lower lobe of the left lung and left
auricle of the heart.
14. Q: How will you describe the second stab wound and its
location?
A: The second stab wound was located on the right pectoral region,
measuring 2.5 x 0.9 cm, 2 cm from the anterior midline, 8cm deep,
directed posteriorwards, downwards and to the right, piercing the
underlying soft tissues and muscle, fracturing the 3 rd left rib and
puncturing the right auricle of the heart.
15. Q: How will you describe the third stab wound and its location?
A: The third stab wound was located on the left inguinal region,
measuring 2.5x0.7cm, 16 cm from the AML, piercing the underlying
soft tissues and muscles.
16. Q: How will you describe the fourth stab wound and its
location?
A: The fourth stab wound was located on the left costal region,
measuring 7x2.7cm, 7 cm from the posterior midline piercing the
underlying soft tissues, muscles, and the 10th intercostal space.
17. Q: How will you describe the fifth stab wound and its location?
A: The fifth stab wound was located on the left buttocks, measuring
2.4x1cm, 9 cm from the posterior midline piercing the underlying soft
tissues and muscles.
