Meditation For Healing and To Make Your 9 Bodies White
Position: Sit in easy pose with a straight spine. Keep your chin in, chest out,
neck straight.
Each hand is to be held flat, fingers straight, and then make a split
between the Saturn (middle) and the Sun (ring) finger, creating a ‘V’. The
right hand is stretched straight up in the air, palm facing forward. There
should be no bend in the elbow, and the arm should be held up at a 90
degree angle, perpendicular to the floor.
The left hand has the same mudra, and the left arm is stretched
straight out to the side, parallel to the ground, palm flat and facing the floor.
There should be no bend in the elbow.
Mantra: A mantra was not used in class, but if you want to use a mantra,
Yogi Bhajan recommends you can use “Har.” It should be silent to enable
yourself to breathe long & deep as you hold the posture.
Breath: Breathe long & deep to help yourself keep up through any cleansing
pain you may experience. Hold steady through the pain and let the brain
create its own morphine to neutralize any of the body’s reactions.
End: Inhale deeply, and stretch every part of the body, every muscle, as
much as possible. Hold 10 seconds. Exhale. Repeat 3 times total. Relax.
Conditions: Every day switch the position of the arms; i.e., one day have
the right arm stretched overhead, and the left out parallel to the side, and the
next day have the left arm stretched overhead, with the right arm out parallel
to the side. Continue with this rotation. It is best to write down on a calendar
which arm goes up on which day, otherwise it is easy to get mixed up.
