    DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE is made and executed this 17th day of March 2021 on Cebu City,
    Philippines and entered into by and between:

    JUAN POCE, JAMES POCE, and EDITHA CABALLES all of legal ages, Filipinos, residents
    of Barangay South Poblacion, City of Naga, Cebu, herein referred to as the SELLERS.

    - And -

    JONES ALEGARBE, of legal age, Filipino, resident of Barangay South Poblacion, City of
    Naga, Cebu, herein referred to as the BUYER.

    WITNESSETH; the SELLERS are the registered owner of a parcel of land including all the
    standing plants, thereon, situated in City of Naga, Cebu, Philippines; and more particulars described as
    follows:

    “A parcel of land situated in the Barrio of Poblacion, Municipality of Naga, Province of Cebu,
    NOTE–PROERTY DETAILS SHOULD BE FOUND ON THE
    Island of Cebu.
    TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE

    WHEREAS, the SELLERS have offered to sell, transfer, and convey to the BUYER one parcel
    of land for a purchase price of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 250,000.00)
    Philippine Currency.

    NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration, the SELLERS DO HEREBY SELL,


    TRANSFER, and CONVEY by way of Absolute Sale unto the said BUYER, her heirs and assigns, the
    certain parcel of land together with all the improvements found thereon, free from all lies and
    encumbrances of whatever nature including real estate taxes as of the date of this sale.
