• Analyze NCR’s and rejections regarding casting and recommend corrective/
preventive actions
• Ensure QDAR responses are submitted within specified time

weights and percentage of defected, rejected & accepted jobs.
• Prepare QA Log,s like NCR,s, Observation & Rejections.
• Prepare Presentation related to QA for weekly meeting.
• To maintain customer complains record and initiate improvement meetings.
• Impart training to newly inspectors and monitor their performance during
training.
• Responsible to resolve conflicts, reduce or eliminate employees blame game so that
organization achieves its goal in successful manner.
