The audit checklist outlines important safety requirements that must be followed when conducting bundle pulling work, such as having the proper work permits and JSA, conducting pre-lift meetings, ensuring qualified operators and teams, and barricading the work area.

The crane must be in good working condition with no leaks, on a stable surface, outriggers fully extended, load indicators calibrated, and safety features like alarms and lights functioning properly. A valid inspection log and qualified operator are also required.

The work area for the lift must be clear of obstructions, personnel have safe access and egress, and adequate visibility and lighting. Wind speed must also be acceptable for the lift to proceed safely.
