Employee Contract Dear, Engineer Muhammad Nabi “Muhammady” Herewith the administration of SSCC is pleased to confirm your appointment with the Agency, as (project manager and Safety Engineer) based in (Kabul Province). Terms of Agreement: Afghanistan Your contract duration with the company is for 1 year valid from (02/01/2018) till (30/12/2020) three months might be the probationary period for your employment. You are cordially advised to observe the company rules and regulations and in case of need the referenced employee shall visit the regional offices. Responsibilities are described in the job description. Wages and Benefits According to the company policy the employee is provided with the following wages and benefits during his/ her working contract with the company: Salary: You will be placed on grade (A) on a time that your monthly salary be (12000AF). Tax: 0 To better understand and adjust yourself to be the rules and regulations of SSCC, it is recommended to thoroughly study the company’s policy and you are bound to fully respect it during your service with the company. Formal working time: The formal working days are 6 days in a week and 9 hours of working in a day beginning form 7:00AM to 4:00PM. Though, this timing will change as per the circumstances. The company is not obliged to pay over time or remunerate working on off days. Termination: Your employment will be governed by the policies and procedures established in SSCC personnel manual, as amended from time to time. You are pledged to respect the Manual. In case of immediate termination by SSCC, employee has the right to claim 15 days salary. Employee is not entitled for any salary or remuneration if the employee is found guilty of gross misconduct, such as insubordination, frequent tardiness, dishonesty, intoxication during office hours, damage of property, offensive treatment with colleagues, this agreement will be terminated without any notice.

Ahmad Jawid “Sahil” President of SSCC I, (Engineer Mukhtar Ahmad) certify that I have read, understood and agreed with terms and conditions of the personnel policies and procedures Manual of BSCC and I have also read the above statement and prior to signing of this contract I have studied SSCC policy as well, I declare my agreement to it further that SSCC retains the right to assign me at any location as per need and I shall serve it to best of my ability.
