Conducting of Orientation about Continuous Improvement Plan for the School

1. This is to announce that there will be a virtual meeting of selected CI Team Members on Tuesday,
November 18, 2020 at 8:00 – 12:00 noon.

2. The objectives of the activities are the following:

a. to orient the selected CI Team Members and their designation;

b. schedule of orientation to parents (talk with the customers) on November 24, 2020 at 8:00
am-12:00 noon @Emilia Perez Ligon High School Gymnasium.

3. The program of work and their designation as CI Team Members and schedule of orientation to the
parents, activities and TWG are contained in Enclosure No. 1 and Enclosure No. 2

4. CI Team are advised to attend and participate actively in all activities presented.

5. Compliance with and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
