The change in ratio shall be from 1:10 or 1 Depositary Receipt with 10 underlying common
shares to 1:20 or 1 Depositary Receipt with 20 underlying common shares

The amendment pertains to the entitlement ratio of the Stock Rights Offering to 2.5:1, with
every existing shareholder of 2.5 shares shall be entitled to 1 Stock Right, with the offer price
of Php 1.00 (par value).
17. Amendment of the Terms and Conditions of the Issuance and Listing of the Warrants
The amendment pertains to the exercise price of the issuance of the warrants to a discounted
rate of 5% of the weighted average volume of trade thirty (30) days prior to expiration to be
exercised after five (5) years date of issuance.
18. Authority to issue Long Term Corporate Bonds and Short Term Commercial Papers and
Authority of the Board to determine the terms and conditions thereof.
