1 System Control Off lamp & button Unit in operation are sequentially stopped by pressing
red Off button during the system control operation
2 Unit No. Indicator Indicates the unit number
3 Pressure Indicator Indicates the current pressure
4 Auto (AT) / Solo Status Lamp Indicates the Auto/Solo Status of each unit
5 Run / Stop Status Lamp Indicates the Run/Stop Status of each unit
6 Load (LD) / Unload Status Lamp Indicates the Load/Unload Status of each unit
7 Failure (Fail) Status Display Lamp turned on (yellow) when the unit fails
8 Monitor Switch Button Switch between monitors (Pump, Dryer)
9 Date and Time Display Indicates the current date and time
10 System Control Status Display Indicates system control status; “Running” or “Stop”
11 1st, N-on and N-off Indicates the numbers if initial start unit, next start unit

Touch the Operation Button
The Operation button is operated to set or to change the operating

conditions of each compressor before running.

1 Remote Control On / Off Lamp & Button Toggles the operation to the remote side or the system
side
2 System Control On / Off Lamp & Button Starts or Stops system control operation
3 Solo / Auto Switch Lamp & Button Toggles each unit to Solo or Auto setting
4 Stop / Run Switch Lamp & Button Run or stop each unit when set to Solo and operating
condition of each unit is displayed when set to System
5 First Unit Select Button (1st Set) Switching to the first unit select screen
6 Pump, Dryer Operation Screen Button Switching to the operation screen for Pump or operation
screen for Dryer

SYSTEM CONTROL STARUP
Procedure using System Control to Startup of Compressor

by Multi Roller
Step 1. From the Main Menu,
Press Operation button and enter to the
Comp. Operation Panel
Step 2. Change all compressor setting from

Solo to Auto
Step 3. Press System “ON” button to startup

the compressor
Step 4. Warning screen will appear to confirm

the startup of System
Step 5. Press “Yes” button to activate

the control
Note: Multi Roller will startup the 1st unit

for 10 minutes and 2nd unit onwards
will start in every 45 second base on
the pressure requirement.

SHUTDOWN
Procedure using System Control to shutdown of Compressor

Step 1. From the Main Menu,

Press on the System OFF button
Step 2. Warning screen will appear to confirm

the shutdown of System

1 HH When no loaded unit presents and pressure is HH or higher, the
next stop unit is stopped, When any loaded unit presents, one unit is
immediately unload
2 H When no loaded unit presents and pressure is H or higher, the next
stop unit is stopped, When any loaded unit presents, one unit is
immediately unload
3 Set Pressure value targeted by the Multi Roller
4 L When no unloaded unit presents and pressure is L or lower, the
next start unit is started, When any unloaded unit presents, one unit
is immediately loaded
5 LL When no unloaded unit presents and pressure is LL or lower, the
next start unit is started, When any unloaded unit presents, one unit
is immediately loaded
6 LLL When the pressure is LLL or lower, Low Pressure alarm
is generated

The Timer button is operated to set or to change the master operating time.

5 LOAD Load condition of second or subsequent units when the pressure is
L or lower and LL or lower
6 UNLOAD Unload condition of second or subsequent units when the pressure
is H or higher and HH or high
7 CH-U Force switching timer to force the next start unit to start
operation and stop the next stop unit

The function of this System ADJ menu are for setting of local time, touch screen
calibration and Multi Roller software information.

SHUTDOWN HISTORY MENU
Function: When a failure or an alarm occurs during operation, the screen is

automatically switched to the Shutdown History Screen. The date and
time of occurrence, compressor unit No., description, and failure are
displayed at the uppermost row and the buzzer and failure output are
turned on.
Step 1: To stop the buzzer, Press “Stop Alarm” Button.

Step 2: To recover from the failure, Press “Reset” after determining and resetting
the cause on the compressor side.
