LAYAWAY AGREEMENT
No Application / No Interest / No Hidden Fees

This document and any future changes to it, is your contract with us. We will
refer to this document as your “Agreement” or “Layaway Agreement”; these
terms also include any changes we may make to this document from time to
time. We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time by adding,
deleting or changing provisions of this Agreement. All amendments will
comply with the applicable notice of requirements of Philippine laws that are
in effect at the time. Please read this Agreement carefully and keep it for
your records.
Items permitted to be purchased through Soleil Philippines, through the

Layaway Agreement are at the sole discretion of Soleil Philippines.
TERM & TERMINATION
The length of this Layaway Agreement is determined by the total purchase

price and the total monthly payments the client determines at the execution
of the Agreement.
Soleil Philippines reserves the right to amend or cancel the Layaway

Agreement if the client fails to honor the terms agreed to at the time of the
execution.
PAYMENTS
Layaway payments must be made in Philippine Pesos. Accepted forms of

payment for layaway purchases include cash, money order, credit or debit
cards, PayPal and M-PESA in Kenya.
A minimum initial deposit is required upon the original order date and is paid
along with the $10 service fee. Following the initial payment, the minimum
monthly payments are due by the last day of each billing cycle. A billing cycle
refers to each month in the agreed payment plan timeframe.
You may pay all or part of your balance at any time but you must pay at least
the minimum monthly payment due by the end of each month. Any
payments exceeding the minimum monthly payment may be applied
towards the subsequent month’s outstanding balance. Anytime the client
makes a payment, be sure to send a screenshot of the confirmation of
payment to our email address, [email protected]
LATE PAYMENTS
It is the sole responsibility of the client to keep track of any and all payment
due dates. As a courtesy, Kueen Kurves offers a seven-day grace period for
late minimum grace period, your payment will be considered missed and
your layaway may be forfeited.
FORFEITED LAYAWAY
Upon forfeit of a layaway, any and all items within the layaway order will be
returned to stock. The service charge will be withheld for the administrative
services provided and the initial deposit and any subsequent payments will
be issued as store credit to the client for a later purchase. The store credit
that is issued as a result of a forfeited layaway will expire sixty days after the
date the store credit is issued.
MODIFICATIONS TO LAYAWAY ORDERS
If you wish to modify your original layaway order in any way, including, but
not limited to, removing an item, adding an item, or picking up an item
before the final payment due date, you are required to enter a new Layaway
Agreement which will reflect those changes. Once this is done, be sure to
email us [email protected]. Upon modification to your original
order and after a new Layaway Agreement has been created, the previous
Layaway Agreement shall be cancelled and rendered unenforceable. All
modifications are subject to approval by Kueen Curves Co.
REFUND POLICY
A layaway order will be forfeited if the customer fails to pay a minimum
monthly payment by the end of the seven-day grace period that is allotted
after the end of each month. Upon forfeit of a layaway, any and all items
within the layaway order will be returned to stock. The initial deposit and any
subsequent payments will not be refunded. A store credit will be issued if the
item(s) qualify for such compensation. For more information about store
credit, see paragraphs entitled “Forfeited Layaway”.
I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understand the terms of

Kueen Kurves Layaway Agreement and by signing below, I am agreeing
to all of the terms and conditions outlined in the Kueen Kurves Layaway
Agreement.
