Commerce and OMNI channel capabilities. This was an unfunded and non-billable project to create artifacts for
implementation by external vendor. The external vendor funding was not approved.

 Provided consulting services to several retail companies in Sterling Multi Channel Fulfillment Solutions like, NYCO,
LOWES and GLENN RAVEN as Senior or Lead Consultant role, providing functional and technical expertise. Each
engagement resulted in successful and timely completion of project phase that I have been involved in.
 Led the solution definition, detailed design, and development and implementation effort in collaboration with IBM Global
Development Center in Bangalore to implement an Integrated Accounts Payable Hub using IBM/Sterling Total Payments
(STP) version 2.0 for First Tennessee Bank. STP sits on the same Application Platform as Sterling DOM as well as B2B
Integration of Sterling Integration suite. My efforts resulted in timely delivery of the developed product to the client. This
was the first of its kind implementation for IBM Sterling accompanied by very aggressive schedule and exhaustive
requirements. I was the lone Onshore resource for extended period handling both B2B and STP.

 Successfully implemented sales order fulfillment of a new acquisition namely Horizon to S. P. Richards Order
management system via Sterling Multi Channel Fulfillment Solution. The work involved leading the effort in designing,
configuring, custom coding as well deployment and all necessary integration with other external systems and applications.
The project was implemented on budget and on time is spite of a very aggressive schedule and constrained resources.
 Led a team of developers to replace a legacy merchandising system with IBM’s Websphere Product Center. The product
was delivered on time and budget. The work involved customizing and extending IBM’s Websphere Product Center to
