This slide lists the lessons in this course.
• You can create a purchase requisition in procurement and associate it with a work order operation in
a work order in “Released” status. The purchase requisition can be for a stocked, non-stocked, or
description based item. The purchase requisition is created with destination type as "Work Order,"
and goods are directly delivered to the work order after receipt. When the purchase requisition
progresses in the procurement cycle to purchase order, receipts etc., the association with the work
order operation is maintained.
• You can view the list of items for a work order operation or for all the work order operations from the
work order. The Purchased Item Details page provides a summary view of all the items and the
quantities requisitioned, ordered, and received for each of them. This helps you to understand the
status of procurement of the required items.
Correct Work Orders and Transactions for Import: You can view and initiate corrections for work
orders import as well as for operation, resource and material transaction imports that were created
using a file based data import. This feature allows you to view the records that were earlier submitted
for processing using a file based data import but failed processing due to validation errors. These
records are in the “Completed with Errors” status in the interface tables. Note that only those records
that were created through FBDI spreadsheets are available for corrections.
