1 PREFACE
Dear customer,
This manual contains instructions for the Safety, Installation, Testing and Maintenance of
a Hammer Crusher and components as manufactured by SATAREM. The reliability and
good service life of this equipment depends to a very large extent on the care taken in
installing and otherwise preparing this equipment for its intended use.
Read all instructions in this manual BEFORE installing, testing and maintaining the
equipment.
Hammer Crusher are purchased with the requirement that assembly and detailed
drawings are needed in order to produce the unit to accommodate a specific application.
The drawings therefore serve the purpose of describing to the buyer or installer exactly
what is being furnished and this enables the buyer or installer to determine more
specifically what other equipment is needed to connect to the inlet of the Hammer Crusher
as well as connect to the discharge from it. Drawings are not however considered design
drawings for the concept of a process or system.

2 WARRANTY.
SATAREM guarantees the quality for twelve (12) months from commissioning, without
exceeding eighteen months (18) from the delivery of equipment at the delivery port.
SATAREM will repair or replace, at SATAREM's option, any product of SATAREM's
manufacture which is shown to SATAREM's satisfaction to have been defective at the time
it was shipped, provided the product claimed defective is made available for SATAREM's
inspection within ten days (10) after the Purchaser gains knowledge of the purported
defect. Re-shipping method shall be at SATAREM's option.
SATAREM shall not be responsible for the cost of disassembly or assembly at the job site
if there is a claim made under this limited warranty. This warranty will terminate upon the
earlier of:

4 MACHINE APPLICATION.
This machine is suitable for breaking a variety of rocks, such as clinker, limestone,
sandstone, granite, etc., because the machine has the characteristics of large size inlet,
big breaking ratio, so large pieces of ore can be broken at once. As decreases the inlet
size, the production capacity of the machine will increase.

5 TECHNICAL PARAMTERS.
6
6 STRUCTURE BRIEF DESCRIPTION.
The machine is driven by the motor through the coupling rotor part of the high-speed
rotation, the rotor part of the hammer constantly impacts, cut and collide the material,

This machine is mainly composed of body (crusher shell), Crusher rotor, Motor,
sieve plate and the coupling. The body part is a box-shaped welding structure, the rotor
part is composed of various processing parts, and the sieve plate part is mainly composed
of sieve frame and sieve plate. The sieve plate is welded with 65Mn wear-resistant steel
plate, and the sieve plate is fitted with curved slides, thus facilitating the installation and
removal of the sieve plate.
7
7 LUBRICATION OF THE MACHINE.
The lubrication area of the body is the bearing, the bearing seat is equipped with oil
cup, it is recommended to use GB7324-87 universal lithium-based grease, No. 2# or 3#.
we shall ensure the quantity of oil in the bearing that the bearing chamber has 1/2-1/3 of
the oil volume, the first injection can be injected into the bearing empty 1/3-1/2 of the
grease, during the operation the oil quantity can be according to actual situation.

9.10. Load testing can only be carried out under conditions where the non-load load is
operating normally.
9.11. Load test shall be evenly charged material, the quantity of feeding from very few and
then gradually increase, the addition of broken shall pay attention to observe the electrical
and mechanical control part of the current meter number, it is proper the current is 85% of
the full rated current during normal production.
9.12. Because the hammer wear at both ends of the actual production is more serious
wear than in the middle of the hammer, so we shall adjust to feed the material in the middle
of the crusher.
9.13. During load test and normal production, the inlet size shall meet the design
requirements of the machine (if continuously feed large size into the machine will cause
equipment overload and damage equipment).
9.14. The temperature of each bearing operated by load shall not exceed 70 ℃.
9.15. Load operation shall avoid metal and non-crushing materials entering the machine.
9.16. The load must not have abnormal sounds.
