3.1 Expected outcomes (deliverables) of the project
List all the major outcomes of your project. Define the measure of success for your project.

Determine the limitations for your project, if any. State all the assumptions with the appropriate reasoning.
Plan the areas of risk and the associated actions to overcome these risks.
3.3 Impact
Present the expected impacts of your project outcomes. Describe the main benefits to be provided to the
company by accomplishing your project. Explain how your project will eliminate the problems in the current
system.

Describe the resources that your team plans to utilize throughout the project.
