1. Please provide us a brief overview of the jobs you have been working on over the years.

1.1. What type of jobs and for how long?

Ans: Have Worked as a Labour in The Same Factory Where Father Worked. Factory was

about the making of Blue Liquid. Have worked there and get Some Experience in The

work how they use to make it and how they do marketing of it. have worked almost 6

months there and then slowly made a little place of mine where I started my work.

1.2.Why have you chosen in the first place to be an employee?

Ans: I Just Chosen The Place to be an Employee to have some experience as well as

money so that in future i would be able to establish my own business like that.

1.3.What were you looking for within a job?

Ans: I was Looking to get a Job to Get Some Experience and Also The

Other Things that how to make Ledger and marketing as well. I also Want to get know

that how they are going to get new product into business how to detect the

customers demand.

2. Why are you an entrepreneur now?

2.1.Do you think becoming an entrepreneur was a wise decision in a financial point of

view? (expected outcome)

Yes, because establishing your own business is better than doing a job. as we know that
 businessmen are the most financially strong in the world. same the thing came into my

that doing a business is far better than having a job with a fixed salary.

2.2.Why this type of business?

Firstly, I Started my Business to make my economic conditions better and i worked hard

for this. After that, I Realized that most of our society is unemployed. I try to give

rise to them by inspiring them and getting them engaged with the business give them

employment and also told them to start a business even if it could be a small one.

2.3. How is your former work experience of use within your current business?

I worked in the Factory where i got a much experience about my business and then

I started on my own. So, I have a good experience of my business.

2.4. What did you expect from entrepreneurship vs how it actually is?

Some People Think That Entrepreneurship is Just the Loss of your efforts, resources, and

lot more things about it. But I think that according to my experience in the

entrepreneurship as i was not well educated but i have taken it positively. It Actually

gives you zeal to do the business so there could come the ups and downs but you should

believe on yourself.

3. What are in your opinion the advantages and disadvantages of entrepreneurship vs.

being an employee?

Ans: Being an Entrepreneur(Having a Business) is better than doing any type of employment as

business helps you financially and Skillfully Well. But taking an Experience by doing job to start

a new business for yourself is something like an Entrepreneur.

I did Job in the Super Climax Company as an Electrician For 10 Years. I also Did Job at

The Sweet Shop For Almost 15 Years. I Worked in Super Climax Company at Islamabad

and Gujrat at Sweet Shop.

1.2.Why have you chosen in the first place to be an employee?

I Chose My First Place at Sweet Shop and I Wanted to Earn Some Money For My

Family to Meet Our Financial Issues. That Was The Reason to Choose The First Place

For Job.

1.3.What were you looking for within a job?

I was Literally Looking For Some Kind of Resource to Get Money and By Getting

Money I Want to Make My Parents and Other Family Members Happy.

2. Why are you an entrepreneur now?

Yes, Because Before Starting My Electronics Shop. I Used To Sell My Little

Property and Then Using That Amount Of Money I Have Established My Shop and

and Now I am Well in Terms Of finance. I am satisfied with my Business.

2.2.Why this type of business?

Because, I have Worked as an Electrician. Even I Worked at Sweet Shop as Worker and I

Know all the Things About the Sweet Shop and I Could Also Start My Sweet Shop

Business. But, I think that I have to Hire More Peoples For The Sweet Shop and Most

Importantly Where I have Established my Electronics Shop in this city there was a Lot of

Competition of Sweets Shops and Even Right Now also. But Electronics Was a Good

that came into my mind and i started this because i also was having a good experience of

it.

2.3. How is your former work experience of use within your current business?

I Worked as an Electrician in The Super Climax Company. I Worked There Very Well For

Almost 10 Years. I Started Working From My 15 year of Age. and Now I am Satisfied

with my business.

2.4. What did you expect from entrepreneurship vs how it actually is?

Entrepreneurship is a Good Thing if You want to get Success in your life then try to do

Business as soon as possible and I now realized that business is something greater than a

job.

3. What are in your opinion the advantages and disadvantages of entrepreneurship vs.

being an employee?
According to me because i am now well settled i think business is very better than job

and you have to work hard and pay some price to do a business. you have to face the difficulties

to establish a good business.

Being an employee is only better if you want to work in the future as having the same business in

your life. but not very much good financially to be an employee.

Conclusion

1. According to respondents, who are more satisfied and happy being entrepreneurs or
entrepreneurs+ job holders? in terms of money, status, internal satisfaction.
Entrepreneurs are the most happy and satisfied Persons because they always ready for
type of situation and hence they made their mind be cool and happy for everytime.
2. Do education, family background and job experience motivate them to start the
business? And how?
According Our Survey We Found Most of The person got motivated from their job
experience or from their education background. So We can say that family background
really helps you to establish a good business but it is not required that your family
background is a business background. we can do business with our experience and
education as well.
3. What is your learning from this activity? (group member wise)
I have Learned that how to take an Interview of a Person and I also Learned a Lot about
how an entrepreneur actually thinks.
