    II. Meeting Proper:

    A. Agenda:
    1. Information dissemination protocols
    2. Proper dissemination of information to parents/legal
    guardians/primary caregivers/authorized facilitators.

    B. Discussion
    In order to disseminate information, it is imperative that reliable and
    accurate information be provided in order to update parents/legal guardians/primary
    caregivers/authorized facilitators about the current information related to the
    implementation of the learning delivery modality of the school. To avoid misleading of
    information the body agreed that the school should have guidelines regarding proper
    information dissemination especially this time of pandemic due to COVID 19 virus.

    1. The school principal informs the teaching and non-teaching personnel on the current
    information/updates/guidelines/procedures on the implementation of Learning Delivery
    Modality.

    2.The teacher-in –charge on Information Dissemination notifies the Barangay secretary.

    3. Barangay announcer broadcast the updates/information to the community.


    4. School ICT coordinator posts on ASMES official website and social media platforms.

    5. School ICT coordinator sends a copy of updates/information to the group chat of teachers
    and group chat of parents.

    6. Class advisers send a copy of the announcement to the group chat of their section or via
    text/call.
