    LIFTING CALCULATION

    Estimated Weight = 42.67 Ton


    Lifting Point = 4 Nos
    Gross weight = (Pancake weight + contingency factor)
    = 42.67 Ton * 1.1 = 46.94 Ton

    Static Hook Load = Gross weight + Rigging weight


    46.94 Ton + 0.8 = 48 Ton

    Dynamic Hook Load = Static load * DAF


    48 Ton * 1.15 = 54.9 Ton

    Crane Load Capacity = Capacity x Working radius x Min. height above ground
    54.9 Ton x 18 Meter x 26 Meter

    Rigging Configuration

    Wire rope length = 12000 mm


    Min. distance lifting point to COG = 6000 mm
    Slings angle = 6000 mm / 12000 mm COS -1
    = 60 Deg
