    Project Scope Statement

    Project: Drone to Home Project Revision No.: 0

    Revision Date: 30/04/2021

    Purpose:
    The purpose of this project is for DroneTech to provide the drone technology and its expertise in
    operating the drones that will be used for delivering prescriptions and drugstore items from 4
    Wilmont’s pharmacy stores to customers in the San Francesco area.

    Project Goals:
    The project’s goal is to efficiently deliver prescriptions and drugstore items from Wilmont’s
    pharmacies to customers. If the project is successfully completed, this may result in the use of
    more drone technology development in other locations that Wilmont’s pharmacies operate
    from.

    Project Scope Description:


    The Wilmont’s Pharmacy Drone project includes the following Scope elements;
    Drones – The project should design and provide drones to be used for delivering Wilmont’s
    pharmacy prescriptions and drugstore items.
    Project Scope

    1. Customize our drones, systems, interfaces, and business process to Wilmont’s Pharmacy
    requirements.
    2. Engineer a drone to Wilmont’s specification with special adaptation for the planned
    temperature‐controlled product bagging system along with a bubble‐type cushioning
    system for the customer delivery packaging.
    Services Scope

    1. Handle piloting the drones and delivery of the products


    2. Interface communications about deliveries for Wilmont’s customers electronically
    through email and through mobile alerts as the customer requests.
    Primary Deliverables :

    • Customization of our existing interface to Wilmont’s to accommodate order entry.


    • Communication of Wilmont’s clients of delivery confirmation.
    • Customization of our existing systems to Wilmont’s systems,
    • Customization of our existing business process to Wilmont’s business processes,
    • Modification of Drones to include temperature controlled product bagging system and a
    bubble wrap type cushioning system.

    Deliverable Acceptance Criteria:

    • Meet Wilmont’s requirements to facilitate order placement and confirmation of delivery by


    means of messages (email, text’s)
    • Meet the requirement’s of customizing our existing system to Wilmont’s system
    • Meet the requirement’s of customizing our business process to Wilmont’s
    • Meet the requirement of modifying Drones to include a bagging system

    Key Milestones:

    • Project Start: 05/01/2021.


    • Drone Design: 01/03/2021.
    • Drone Development: 30/04/2021.
    • Flight Operations Enhancement and Interfaces: 30/05/2021
    • Stakeholder Project Status Update: 30/06/ 2021.
    • Testing and Implementation: 01/09 2021.
    • Delivery to Wilmont’s: 25/11/2021
    • Project Close: November 30/11/2021.

    Constraints

    Contract Negotiation is pending: Agreement on all aspects of the services to be provided,


    and/or the cost of the services is not yet reached between Wilmont’s and DroneTech
    Assumptions:

    1. In‐house budget cap (by Jordan Kempler, CEO ‐ DroneTech)

    2. All Materials/parts is sourced inhouse – DroneTech & Wilmont’s Pharmacy.

    Scope Exclusions:

    • Billing rates for Wilmont’s personnel involved will not be included
