Conclusion and Suggestions for Future INSETs

According to the evaluation form results, the teachers had positive

opinions towards the training in general, especially because the training was
motivating, materials and resources were adequate and concerns about the
implementation of the Learning Activity Sheets were identified and solutions were
found considering teachers contexts. However, follow-up monitoring and support
should also be incorporated in the future courses to bridge the course and the
real context.

Above all the teachers were actively involved in the training process. The
training has an excellent attendance record.
