    First of all , I , nurnisrina nabihah and sivaneshni would like to


    thank the principal of smk p jalan ipoh, kuala lumpur puan
    masliah binti talib for giving permission to run a program
    based on learning (pbl) biology subject entitled
    ' bio enzyme ’I also thank the form 4 biology subject teacher,
    Mrs. Rosliani Mamat, who has given a lot of guidance in
    completing the assignments that have been given. through
    his guidance, this study that I conducted can be completed
    perfectly and in accordance with the conditions and time
    frame that has been set.In addition, I would also like to thank
    my parents who gave me high support and enthusiasm to
    complete this geography study folio, despite the limited
    movement order by the Malaysian government due to the
    covid pandemic 19
    not to forget I also thank my classmates who gave guidance
    and suggestions to further improve the quality of this folio.

    Introduction
    This folio program based on learning
    biology subjects entitled "mango orange"
    was written and inspired by me,
    nurnisrina nabihah binti irmie yuhazni, 4
    arif, smk perempuan jalan ipoh.
    I have chosen 'mango orange' as my pbl
    title because it is easy to present and
    very easy to do at home. moreover, this
    manufacture is not harmful
    I have taken 1 month to collect, plan and
    complete this video and folio perfectly.
    This style of presentation and appearance
    of the folio is believed to add to my
    knowledge as well as master the knowledge
    of biology learned in the classroom as
    well as through reading from textbooks,
    internet and reference books
    in addition, it also adds to my interest
    and inclination towards cultivating
    biology in facing future challenges.
    Objective
    in carrying out the "bio enzyme" project
    I have identified several objectives
    namely;
    ada 3/4/5 .

    procedure
    preparing fruit
    1. Used the fruit skin
    2. Combine all of fruit skin needed in
    one big container .
    3. Make sure the fruit reach half of the
    container
    Preparing solution
    1. put 1kg of brown sugar into the
    container and 500ml of warm water .
    2. Shake it well until those sugar
    dissolve in the water.
    3. We need to wait for the enzyme
    processed within 2-3 months
    Precautions
     Ask an adult for help if you can’t
    handle knife
     Ask an adult for help during
    peeling fruit skin
     Be careful about sharp edges :

     1kg of fruit = rm 20.00
     1kg of sugar = rm 3.00
     500ml of water = rm 3.00
    Total = rm 26.00

    Sales revenue
     30 pcs x rm 3 = rm 90.00
    Profit
     Rm 90 – rm 26 = rm 64.00
    The concept of cross -membrane
    movement in fruit skin production
    of tshese bio enyzyme;
    • Plant cells in hypertonic
    solution (more solute than water)
    • Water will seep out by osmosis.
    • The vacuole and cytoplasm shrink
    and move away from the cell wall.
    • The process is known as
    plasmolysis.
    • If the cell is transferred into
    a hypotonic solution, water will
    re -enter the cell by osmosis and
    the cell becomes fresh again
