3. Make sure the fruit reach half of the
container
Preparing solution
1. put 1kg of brown sugar into the
container and 500ml of warm water .
2. Shake it well until those sugar
dissolve in the water.
3. We need to wait for the enzyme
processed within 2-3 months
Precautions
Ask an adult for help if you can’t
handle knife

peeling fruit skin

• The vacuole and cytoplasm shrink
and move away from the cell wall.
• The process is known as
plasmolysis.
• If the cell is transferred into
a hypotonic solution, water will
re -enter the cell by osmosis and
the cell becomes fresh again
