PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Nerolac Cement Putty is premium wall putty specially developed as a base coat to cover unevenness and pinholes in plastered surfaces
and to make the walls / ceilings ready for painting. Nerolac Cement Putty does not require water curing. It is suitable for both interior and
exterior application.

RECOMMENDED USAGE
Can be applied both, on interior and exterior concrete / mortar surfaces.
Step 1: Putty Nerolac Cement Putty Dry+ + Minimum 3-4 hrs. for the first coat. After the second coat, leave the
surface to dry. Preferably for overnight.
* Nerolac Cement Primer (Water Thinnable / Solvent Thinnable) or Goody
Step 2: Primer *(1 coat) Universal Primer (Solvent Thinnable) or Goody Water Thinnable Cement
Primer. Minimum 8 hrs for Solvent Thinnable Primer & Minimum 4 - 6 Hrs
for Water Thinnable Primer.

Sand the surface with Emery Paper 180 and wipe clean before the application of subsequent coats.

PRECAUTIONS
• Refer MSDS for "Nerolac Cement Putty" for safety measures & precautions.
• Store in well ambient conditions, ventilated locations & away from sources of ignition and fire.
• Keep away from children.
• In case of eye / skin contact, wash with plenty of water.
• Inhalation / Injection is dangerous. In either case, move to fresh air & consult a medical practitioner.
• New plaster should be allowed to cure for minimum 12 weeks.
• Do not add excessive water. Mix the paste well before application.
• Apply by using putty knife.
• The bag must be tightly closed when not in use.
• Use safety equipment like rubber or polythene gloves, safety goggles / glasses & face mask.
• Always prepare a required quantity of putty and use it within 2 hrs. of mixing.
• Total thickness of the coats should not exceed 1.5 mm.
• Do not apply when ambient temperature might drop to a level below 10 C within 4 hours of application.
• After thinning, allow the paste to stand for 10 minutes. Remix again to get a uniform.
