    Dear Shivam Dubey,

    Flairsoft Consulting Group (FCG) is pleased to offer you a job as a “QA Engineer”. Your appointment is contingent
    to submission of required documents. Your appointment is initially on probation for a period of 1 year. Your salary
    would be INR 6,00,000/- per annum (Six lakh Rupees only per annum) consolidated and PF Contribution as per
    company policy. We expect you to join by 04th January 2021. Further increments in salary will be based on
    performance appraisals conducted every 12 months. This offer is contingent upon your acceptance and execution
    of following conditions: -

    (1) You are required to sign 2 years “Service Agreement” with FCG (including probation period) at the time of
    joining.

    (2) Security Deposit: 15 days salary will be withheld with the company as a Security Deposit in the first month.
    This will be paid to you at the time of final settlement.

    • You are required to submit following documents electronically (hard copies may be submitted later)

    a. Latest Passport size photograph


    b. Service Certificates of your previous jobs (if any).
    c. Birth Certificate / School Leaving Certificate showing date of birth
    d. Educational Qualification Certificates
    e. Photo Identification card i.e. Voter Identity Card, Driving License, PAN Card, Unique ID
    Card / Aadhar Card or Passport.
    f. Provide the details of your permanent address along with the residential proof with your
    Father’s name and contact number, residential (landline) contact number.

    • On joining FCG, you will be required to furnish: -

    a) Relieving letter and Experience Certificate from your present/last employer (if any).

    b) Last three months drawn Salary Slip / Certificate showing monthly salary and Annual benefits,
    from the present/last employer (if any).

    At FCG, we believe in teamwork and we are looking forward to having you as a part of our team.

    Please confirm your earliest date of joining. Your duty hours will be 2 p.m. to 11 p.m. Your working hours will be
    changed as per company requirement.

    We shall appreciate your confirmation of acceptance of the above offer latest by 29th December, 2020. Non-
    receipt of acceptance by the stipulated date shall make this offer redundant automatically.

    **Please note:

    1). This offer letter is contingent to completion of the paperwork as per company policy.
    2). This offer letter cannot be presented for negotiating salary with any other company/third party and if presented
    then this offer shall automatically be treated as Null and Void.
    3). Please be advised that salary offered is CONFIDENTIAL and disclosure of salary offer to anyone else will be
    grounds for termination of services.

    Please return the enclosed copy duly signed as a token of your acceptance of the letter.
