Introduction

I came to talk a little about my favorite football player,


Cristiano Ronaldo, better known as “CR7”, he is my mirror
and my inspiration in this sport.
In this work I came to talk a little about him, his biography,
teams where he played and his titles.

Cristiano Ronaldo biography


Cristiano Ronaldo (1985) is a Portuguese footballer who
made history at Real Madrid. He is a player for Juventus,
Italy and the Portuguese team. He was named the best
player in the world in 2008, 2013, 2014, 2016 and 2017.
He received five golden balls in his career.

Childhood
Cristiano Ronaldo dos Santos Aveiro was born in Funchal,
Madeira Island, Portugal, on February 5, 1985. Youngest
son of gardener José Diniz Pereira Aveiro and cook Maria
Dolores dos Santos Aveiro, as a child he spent most of
your day playing ball in the street with friends.

Start of Career

Cristiano Ronaldo started his career at the age of 9 when


he debuted at Futebol Clube Andorinha, in Madeira Island.
With great skills he soon aroused the interest of the
biggest club on the island, Nacional, which signed him in
1995.

Sporting Lisbon

On April 14, 1997, Cristiano Ronaldo tested at Sporting


Lisboa and, at the age of 11, entered the club's youth
categories, where he played in Under 16, Under 17 and
Under 18.
On July 13, 2002, Ronaldo started as a starter in
Sporting's first team. From that day onwards, he played
more than 30 matches with the team and scored 5 goals.

Manchester United

In 2003, Cristiano Ronaldo caught the attention of


Manchester United, England's coach. He was hired to
replace player David Beckham, who had been signed by
Real Madrid of Spain.

At Manchester, Ronaldo won several championships and


began to show his style.

Real Madrid

In 2008, after much speculation, Cristiano Ronaldo went to


Real Madrid, and participated in the 2009-2010 season.
His signing was the most expensive at the club, which had
other world-renowned players such as Kaká, Zidane,

Ronaldo and Roberto Carlos, who were part of the first
phase of the great stars of the Spanish team, who became
known as the Intergalacticos.
In 2011, Ronaldo scored 53 goals, a number never before
achieved by the club during a season.

Youth

On July 10, 2018, the transfer of Cristiano Ronaldo to


Juventus was announced. His debut was on August 17 in
the Italian Championship series A, in the game Juventus
and Chievo, but only in the fourth game, says Sassuollo,
who Cristiano Ronaldo scored two goals and guaranteed

the victory by 2-1.

In his 2018-19 UEFA Champions League debut, in the


game against Valencia, Ronaldo was sent off in the first
half after falling out with Colombian Jeison Murillo.
On January 16, 2019, Cristiano lifted the first cup with the
Juventus shirt, when he scored the title goal of the Italian
Super Cup in 2018, against Milan by a score of 1-0.
In the 2018-19 UEFA Champions League round of 16 first
leg, Juventus lost 2-0 to Atlético Madrid. In the return
match, on March 12, 2018, Cristiano Ronaldo guaranteed
the classification by scoring 3 goals in a 3-0 victory.

Portuguese selection

Cristiano Ronaldo was called up by the Portuguese


national team and participated in the Euro Cup in 2004,

where he was runner-up playing against Greece. At the


2006 World Cup, he was ranked 4th with the Portugal
national team and was considered one of the best in the
world. In 2016, Portugal was the European Champion.
