NARRATIVE
On 06/18/2021 at approximately 0248hrs, SGT Barbee, PSO Moore, and I, PSO Nyland, responded to 792 Sommers Avenue in reference
to shots being fired at the residence.

On scene, I spoke with Ms. Latavias Jeffery. She stated her ex-boyfriend, Mr. La Edward Williamson, stole her vehicle, entered her house
with a handgun, shot into her residence, and fled the scene in her vehicle.

Ms. Jeffery stated she broke up with Mr. Williamson several months ago. She stated he had not lived at 792 Sommers Avenue since then.
Ms. Jeffery stated Mr. Williamson had been sending her text messages and making phone calls stating "I got you," "where you at?" and
"Imma shoot that bitch up" in reference to the residence.

She stated Mr. Williamson still had keys to her vehicle, a 2013 Chevrolet Impala (SC# UFA689), and her residence. Ms. Jeffery stated he
had stolen her vehicle sometime between 1445hrs (06/17/2021) and 0045hrs (06/18/2021).
Ms. Jeffery stated Mr. Williamson parked the vehicle on Vincent Avenue, walked through the woods, and entered the front door. She
stated he was holding a handgun in his hand as he entered the residence. She stated that she and her daughter both forced him out of the
residence.

Ms. Jeffery stated Mr. Williamson walked back to the vehicle on Vincent Avenue and drove to the front of the residence.
She stated Mr. Williamson fired into the residence, knowing which area of the house her bedroom used to be in. Ms. Jeffery`s daughter
stated Mr. Williamson fired at least 5 rounds. I observed 3 bullet entry holes in the front left corner of the house. I observed the path of
two bullets which entered from the front of the house and then penetrated into in the bedroom where Mr. Williamson believed Ms. Jeffery
to be.

Ms. Jeffery stated herself and her 5 children were in the residence at the time the weapon was fired.
Ms. Jeffery and her daughter stated Mr. Williamson fled the scene, likely headed to Interstate 20 or North Augusta.

While SGT Barbee was collecting information from Ms. Jeffery, Mr. Williamson called Ms. Jeffery`s cell phone. SGT Barbee heard Mr.
Williamson state he would return and shoot up the house again.

Through DMV records, I observed Mr. Williamson did not possess a valid SCDL.
Through Mr. Williamson`s criminal history, I observed he is unable to possess a firearm due to convictions for violent crimes.
