Hazard Identification
Most critical effect Health hazard effect: Mild irritation of the eyes and upper respiratory tract. Direct contact with the eyes may
cause severe irritation.
Environmental impact: Slightly toxic to aquatic life.
Physical and chemical hazards: Liquids and vapors are flammable and containers in the fire site may break.
When they explode, the vapors are heavier than air and may backfire when exposed to a source of fire.
The main symptoms: Irritation.
Item hazard classification: 3 categories.

Emergency treatment
First aid methods for different exposure routes:
● Inhalation:
1. Move the patient to fresh air
2. If the injured person cannot recover quickly, send him to hospital immediately。
● Skin touch:
1. Wash the affected area immediately with soap and water
2. Take off dirty clothes and shoes when cleaning, and wear them after washing
3. If the irritation persists, get to the hospital immediately
● Eye touch:
Immediately open the eyelid and rinse thoroughly with warm water for at least 20 minutes
● Ingestion:
1. Unless the patient is unconscious or has a seizure, give him or her plenty of water to induce vomiting
2. Go to the hospital immediately。
The most important symptoms and harmful effects: stimulate.
To protect the first aid personnel, wear protective gloves to avoid contact with contaminants。
Fire fighting measures
Extinguishing agent: Carbon dioxide, chemical dry powder, foam.
Possibility of special hazards encountered during firefighting: Steam is heavier than air and may backfire when exposed to a source of
fire
Specific fire-fighting methods: Water mist is not suitable for extinguishing fire, but it can absorb heat to cool the container and protect
the exposed material。
Special protective equipment for fire fighters: Wear air breathing apparatus and protective gloves and fire clothes
Personal protective equipment: protective gloves safety eye and air breathing apparatus
Accidental Relaese Measures
Personal precautions: provide appropriate protective equipment and ventilation equipment
Environmental precautions :
1. Remove heat and ignition sources
2. Try to prevent leakage as safety permits
Cleaning method:
1. Surrounding the leak。
2. Recycle liquid as much as possible for reprocessing or waste disposal, otherwise use clay sand or other absorbent to absorb liquid。
Handing and Storage
Min operations in specific areas that are well ventilated and away from heat sources or sparks
Grounding is required for mixed operation or tank truck transportation, and containers must be covered when after use it
Storage
1. Store in a tightly closed container in a ventilated place away from the work area。
2. The storage area should be equipped with an independent ventilation system, and fire sources, fans and electric motors are strictly
prohibited
Exposure controls measures
Engineering control:
1. Integral ventilation or partial exhaust
2. Ventilation systems that are grounded and do not spark when used alone。
3. Exhaust opening to the outdoor directly
4. Supply enough fresh air to replenish the exhaust system
Control parameters:
● The mean permissible concentration for an eight-hour day (TWA)/ The average allowable concentration for short periods of time
(STEL)/ maximum acceptable concentration:400ppm/500ppm/*
● Biological indicator:LD505045mg/kg(大鼠吞食)。
Personal protective equipment:
● Breath protection: Alcohols are safe solvents, but it is best to wear an anti-organic solvent mask when working with high
concentration and short distance。
● Hand protection: Operators should wear long butyl rubber Viton and other anti-seepage gloves。
● Eye protection: When adding flux or thinner, it is best to wear safety glasses to prevent the solution from spraying into your
eyes。
● Skin and body protection: Protective clothing and work boots made of butyl rubber, eye rubber, etc.。
● Hygienic measures:
1. Take off the dirty clothes as soon as possible after work, wash them before you can wear them again and inform
the laundry staff of the danger of pollutants。
2. No smoking or eating is allowed in the workplace
3. Wash hands thoroughly after handling
4. Keep the workplace clean。

and other ignition sources。
Substances to avoid:Water acid base oil Buddha or inorganic substance。
Toxicity information
Acute toxicity:
Breath:Mild stimulation of the upper respiratory tract above 400PPM。
Skin: short exposure does not irritate the skin
Eyes:
above 400PPM will cause mild irritation
Direct contact with the eye can cause severe irritation
Swallowed:
Cause dizziness, gastrointestinal pain, cramps, nausea and diarrhea。

LD50(Test animals, absorption route):16000mg/8(Rat, swallowed)。
Local effect:500mg(Rabbit, skin)Cause slight irritation。100mg(Rabbit,eyes)cause slight irritation。
Chronic or long-term toxicity: there are no official medical reports
Special effects: LARC lists it as group3.
Ecological information
Environmental impact / environmental distribution:
1:Does not accumulate in the human body
2 : When released into the soil, it is expected to evaporate rapidly and flow into the ground due to its high vapor pressure and
adsorption to the soil
3:When released into water, it is expected to evaporate and may be biodegraded
4:When released into the air, it is expected to undergo photolysis and may be washed down by rain due to its solubility in water。
5:Lightly toxic to aquatic life
Disposal methods
1. Refer to waste disposal company
2. Specific burial or incineration in an approved solvent incinerator
