    * 77 years 7 months 7 days : Vijaya Ratha Shanthi
    * Completing 80 years & 8 months : Satabhisheka
    * Completing 100 years : Poornabhisheka (Kanakabhisheka)

    BHOO VARAHA shanty pooja for house construction
    On this special tithi, the body should be massaged with oil
    before taking bath. One should also smear ‘apamarga’ or Apang
    or Chirchra (Achyranthes Aspera) on the body before bath. It is
    said that by doing so one can avoid experiencing hell after
    death. One should rotate the ‘apamarga’ overhead and chant
    the following mantra. By doing this, one is free from the fear of
    experiencing a life in Yamaloka.

    “Seetaloshthasamayukta Sakantakadalanivatam
    Hara paapmapamarg Bhramyamaana Punah Punah”.
