A.M.G. International - A Brief company Profile

A.M.G International, an American international trading and industrial company, was established
in the Middle East in 1958. In 1988, the company moved its base operations to the United
States, with offices remaining in the Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe and the Gulf Region.
Specializing in trade, investments, international commerce, facility management,
manufacturing, importing and exporting, A.M.G has been able to secure exclusive rights and
prime territories. Goods that are manufactured in the United States meet a high demand from
regions such as Africa and the Middle East.
Other products are made locally in the country of destination where A.M.G builds and
manages factories that distribute high quality American made goods at competitive prices.
This fulfills the demands of the local markets needs. Among the products that A.M.G.
International provides are food, clothing, home appliances, paint, as well as other creative
and innovative products.

Back in 2013, AMG decided to open a branch company, Direct Investments

USA, specialized in liquidation and bankruptcy products.
It is through our contacts in the bankruptcy courts in USA, Canada, and Europe that
we were able to get first hand information on these offers as well as the priority.
We normally purchase the factories and the products, and pay for them. We are allowed to
take pictures and move these products and factories directly from the courts' warehouses to
the shipping company directly because we are not allowed to sell them in the above
mentioned countries (USA, Canada, and Europe).
This is why the prices are cheap, and the products are perfect and in good conditions due
to our professional team whose main job is to make sure that everything we had purchased
is working 100%, and in very good condition. We take the responsibility of installing the
factories anywhere in the world by sending special engineers with the products; moreover,
we afford the buyers the option to have their conditions stated in the Bank Letter of Credit.

Since 1982, A.M.G International has opened several factories in major countries such as
Lebanon, Ghana, Saudi Arabia, The United Arab Emirates and the kingdom of Morocco; all
of which have been successful and productive over the years.

Investment in Iraq is another project that A.M.G. International shall be embarking on, in the
near future.

Boukhalef Free Zone alone was a vast empty terrain when A.M.G. International first
came to inspect the land for purchase back in 1997.
The Free Zone had no water, electricity, or any type of infrastructure at that time. However,
all that did not deter A.M.G. International from reaching its goal and objective. A.M.G.
International s determination to succeed within its vision and belief that American Moroccan
trade would be a profitable investment; therefore, despite all the obstacles and recurring
problems, A.M.G. International purchased the land within Boukhalef Free Zone, and
embarked upon installing its own electricity and water supply and arranged a grand opening
on June 18, 1999, which attracted future investors and brought a great amount of interest to
the Free Zone. The opening was televised and attended by Mr. Alami Tazi – Moroccan
Minister of Industry and Commerce, The governor of Tangier – Tetouan, Mr. Hassan Amrani
– General Director of the Agency for the promotion and development of the Northern
provinces of Morocco at that time. On behalf of the American Embassy, Ms. Kathleen Kriger
– United States Commercial Attaché. Also present among the invitees, were Moroccan
Government officials and ministers, US Embassy officials as well as local authorities, foreign
suppliers and journalists.
A.M.G. International is still willing to invest further in Morocco, and we are
constantly searching for new possibilities and ventures in the Kingdom of Morocco.
After listening to the speech of HRH King Mohamed VI encouraging foreign investors
to invest in social and economic housing projects throughout Morocco, we became
interested, and after meeting with all of A.M.G. Internationals associates we decided that
we would proceed with these projects. We are now at the stages of searching for
convenient locations that would be suitable for social and economic housing and have
gathered a team of architects from Germany to work alongside us.
