    CERTIFICATE OF CONSTRUCTION COMPLETION

    Project: PANAGMULA CONFERENCE CENTER BASEMENT LAUNDRYAREA

    Owner’s Affidavit

    I CERTIFY that the work of the abovementioned project has been


    satisfactorily completed in accordance with the project terms of
    contract; and that all bills and other charges have been paid in full;
    that no liens have attached against the property and the owner; that
    no claim liens, suits and public liability are pending; and that all
    Worker’s Compensation claims have been settled.

    Affidavit is made for the purpose of inducing the BLX Construction


    Services to accept said construction for ownership.
