    We would like to provide a brief introduction of Pacific Diagnostics Ltd.

    We are the advanced partners of Siemens Healthcare GmbH since 2010, having started this journey in
    Tanzania. With great dedication and hard work we have established ourselves as an ideal provider of
    sophisticated medical equipment. As we grew the installed base and established a healthy market share we
    were encouraged to expand our operations. By 2015 Pacific represented Siemens in 5 countries across East
    and West Africa setting the benchmark in supply and support. With the highest team of trained and
    experienced service engineers, we have managed to keep our equipment downtimes to a minimum, rarely
    above 0.5%. We maintain offices in Tanzania, Uganda, Malawi, Ghana and Nigeria.

    As required by you, we have prepared a comprehensive offer detailing all specifications of the equipment.
    Brochures and Datasheets are also part of this offer.

    Equipment Terms and Conditions

    Prices: The quoted prices are on DDP basis, inclusive of Installation, application training,
    commissioning and 1-year warranty.

    Payment Terms:
    70% Advance to Trigger the order booking
    20% on presenting the Delivery documents
    10% after installation and application training

    Warranty: 1-year manufacturer’s warranty terms apply. Pacific transfers these


    warranty terms back to back to customer.

    Training :Application training shall be provided for to ensure optimal operation of


    equipment. This will take the form of on-site applications training

    Delivery Time: 14-16 weeks upon receipt of Purchase order and Advance payment

    Exclusions: All site preparation works including civil works, air-conditioning and
    electrical works are excluded from the price quoted. All necessary specifications in
    this regard will be forwarded to you once an order is placed or upon request

    Validity: Quotation is valid for 30 days from day of issuance.
