Your friend, Adam, has just been selected to be the Head Prefect of his
school. Read the email from him and offer him some advice about how to
be a good leader.

Subject Congratulations on being the new Head Prefect
Hi!

How are you? I am glad to know that you have been offered as the
school new Head Prefect for this year. Congratulations. Well, thank you
for remembering me and it was fun i will bet you. Yes, of course I can
give you some advice on how to be a better leader. The most important
traits to be better leader are confidence and responsibility. A good leader
should do everything confidently and this will encourages confidence in
others. Apart from confidence, responsibility is something much way
important because it is either teachers or the prefect board rely on their
Head Prefect. This is because Head Prefect should be the one who looks
way to the situation instead blaming others in a thug situation

It is great to hear that you have ideas on how to improve the discipline of
students in this school.Of course I have an insight into this issue because
discipline is simply on how one should be living their lives. In my point
of view it is essential for a leader to establish himself in leadership. If
you consistently implement the school rules in yourself and follow
through then definitely the other students take the lead. So it is all
depends on the head then followed by the tail itself.

I hope so you will get more support from all the prefects. A personalised
notebook and pen? It is a great idea. Yes, I like it. It will be helpful for
each one everyone to jot down notes.

I am happy too but listen Adam, you don’t have to worry much because I
know that you can do better than you think of yourself.
