fearless life with confident .this 5 second will help change your life style like a
guide.

How i discovered the # five second?


1. First: “The moment you have an instinct…”

2. Second: “To act on a goal…”

3. Third: “You must push yourself…”

4. Fourth: “To move within 5 seconds…”

5. Fifth: “Or your brain will kill it.”


Some time we are so lazy that we can’t reply any sms or chat . Else we know that
how to manage our whole days but still we can’t complete this task.
So now no need to worry 1, 2,3,4,5, will help you .this is not only a number but it
also life changing number.
Nowadays the biggest challenge is early wakeup in the morning because we are
so lazy when ringing the alarm we stop alarm and think we will wake after the
sometime .but this method do not works.
But 1,2,3,4,5 is very simple method this technique will totally help to complete
your task .

What You Can Expect When You Use It.


According to physiological research we always make excuses to postpone
our work and this whole process complete in 5 seconds and this window
comes again and again in our day. This process helps us to avoid this
window.
When you set the goal …..

Like as Wakeup early in the morning when ringing the alarm you should count the
number 5, 4,3,2,1 now your mined will push you for getup and physically move
your body. This is how the 5 Second Rule creates tangible results in your life. By
implementing the 5 second rule, you will find yourself making small decisions to
support, rather than sabotage your goals. You will stop making excuses and avoid
the bad habits that get in your way. These small decisions will eventually add up
to big results. The 5 seconds rule works as long as you use it. It will help release
the fear from your life and let your take control of your decisions.if you want to
build the confident and success in your life then all small steps help you.
