Class IV English Grammar (Ist-Sem)
Nouns : are words that name people, places, animals, things, ideas and emotions. There are different types of
nouns.
Common nouns: are name of people, animals, places or things of the same kind. Eg. Cups, Horse, Pencil,
Parrot etc.
Proper Noun: are the special names of people, animals, places, objects and events. They always begin with a
capital letter. Eg. Sunday, Reema, Diwali, May.
