2.7 Providing and fixing in position RCC Precast shelves and covers for Cu.m 7,110.00
pits etc.of grade M-15 using graded stone aggregate 20 mm max.size
including formwork, consolidation, finishing with a coat of neat cement
punning on all surfaces,curing etc.complete as per specifications,but
excluding reinforcement.
NOTE: The rates for items 2.1 to 2.7 are applicable for works in
ground floor.
2.8 Extra over rates for items 2.1 to 2.7 for additional LIFT of each floor Cu.m 1% of the

NOTE:The rates in respect of reinforced concrete items do not cater for extra
cost involved in WEIGH BATCHING and intended only for volumetric
batching. In case weigh batching is specified proper rates for the same

Chief Engineer.

Engineer-in-charge.
2.15 Providing & laying Design Mix Reinforced cement concrete of M-35 by
Weigh batching of following grades using graded stone aggregate of 20
mm max. size including mechanical mixing and vibration, consolidation,
finishing, curing etc. complete at all floors and heights/levels as specified
and also including dewatering, if any, but excluding cost of form work,
shuttering & steel reinforcement as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
2.16 Providing and fixing precast cement concrete jalli 50 mm thick of Sq.m 750.00
approved design & pattern of approximate size 900 x 600 mm from the
standard jalli patterns available in the market using RCC mix 1:1.5:3
as per specifications, set in cement mortar 1:3, close jointed and 13.18 OK
pointed with cement paste including form work, supplying and fixing
m.s. reinforcement , finishing the surface smooth, curing, scaffolding,
hoisting, erecting an fixing in position etc. complete generally as per
specifications and drawings.

3 Structural steel work at all levels in M.S Plain and Chequered Plates, including
a) Structural steel (M.S Plains & Chequered Plates) supplied by Department. Tonne ###

NOTE I) The rates indicated above are based on the issue rates for steel materials
as indicated below:
ii) Structural steel conforming to IS 2062 shall be supplied rom M/s. SAIL or
M/s. TATA STEEL or M/s. Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd or M/s. Indian Iron &
Steel Co. Ltd from their own plants rolled from virgin material to be procured
directly or from their authorised dealers and not from rerollers or conversion
Agents.
iv) Welding weights, connections, bolts and nuts shall not be measured for
payment but the cost of which shall be deemed to have been included in the rate.
v) All holes will be made by drilling only Gas cutting of hole will not be
permitted.
4 Labour charges only for fabricating structural steel work including plates at all Tonne 8,900.00

Note:1. China mosaic waterproofing treatment shall be GUARANTEED for
absolute water tightness for a period of 10 YEARS.
2. Additional layer of brick bat coba and cement mortar screed will be
measured and paid under relevant items.
11.14 Providing & laying Thermolay waterproofing systems (by M/s.STP or Sq.m 310.00
approved equivalent) consisting of priming the surface with cold
applied bituminous primer @ 3 sq.m/ litre/one coat of hot applied
foundation coat, one layer of Thermolay by torching with 80mm
overlaps joints at sides and at end, ironing of edge funds and finishing
the top with coat of deep maroon shade, treatment to junction of
vertical and horizontal surfaces, sealing of all edges etc. complete.
Note:The waterproofing treatment should be guaranteed for absolute water
tightness for a period of 8 years.
11.15 Providing Isothane elastomeric membrane liquid rubber water proofing Sq.m 325.00
