This document outlines a course on system software and compiler design. The course aims to teach students about system software like assemblers, loaders, and linkers. It also aims to familiarize students with compiler design, including lexical analysis, syntax analysis, and code generation. The course is divided into 5 modules covering these topics. Students will be assessed through a question paper testing their understanding of each module.
