Q) Can I use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for filling timesheet or Leave?

A) No. You can only use Internet Explorer 6 and above with compatibility mode
setting. Using other browser may allow some functionality to work but it is
recommended to use only Internet Explorer. Also in Windows 10 , there are two
browser one is Microsoft Edge (dark blue coloured small e), where as Internet
Explorer (light blue coloured small e). Its advised that IE to be used.

Q) If there is any instruction manual for TimeSheet?

Q) How can I set compatibility mode setting for Timesheet?

A) Kindly follow the following steps:


Open Internet Explorer and then press the Alt key.

On the Tools menu, click Compatibility View settings.

Do one of the following:


Select the Display all websites in Compatibility View option.

Add eil.co.in to the list of websites with Compatibility View enabled.


Q) Where can I apply the leave in Timesheet?

A) Under Timesheet  leave menu New/Edit

Q) Where can I approve/disapprove the leave?

A) Under Timesheet  leave menu Approval/Disapproval

Q) How can I Apply for adjustment?

A) Kindly follow the detailed procedure under Timesheet  Help  Adjustment

Q) Can I apply leave adjustment for the period of Apr-2018?

A) No. You can only adjust leave of last quarter which is processed by HR.

Q) Who can open my timesheet for adjustment?


A) Your timesheet approver.

Q) My Job is not appearing in timesheet or it is showing blocked.

A) Please go through Timesheet-->My Job List menu and see the job in Valid Or
Invalid List and take appropriate action.

Q) My Job is showing wrong booking date.

A) Please get in touch with Central Planning cell who take care of RAM system
from which job assignment is done.
