3 VITRIFIED TILES FOR FLOORING/SKIRTING

Providing and laying in-position nano polished Vitrified tiles of size 600 x 600 mm of
approved make and colour, fixing the same over average 20mm thick CM 1:6 bedding
using approved quality tile adhesive of Bal endura /Roff or equivalent approved make,
uniformly in line and level in approved design and filling the joints with eppoxy based joint
filling compound of matching shade curing the joints, removing of existing tiles if required
& carting away unserviceable material / debris to a place approved by Municipal
Corporation etc as per instruction of Engineer in-charge complete.

Make: Kajaria/Somany/Simpolo or equivalant as per sample approved by the SBIIMS. 205 SMT

4 POLYMER TREATMENT TO THE STRUCTURES COLUMNS, BEAMS ETC.

Note: following work shall only be executed after prior inspection of site and issue
of specific order by Engineer-in-charge
Chipping the Reinforced Cement Concrete surface and cleaning the rusted reinforcement
and exposed surface by wire brush, mechanical device or any other established method
and applying rust removing solution of approved make and quality with cotton waste swab
to the reinforcement and allowing to dry the same for 24 hours, brushing of loose particle
and applying 1st coat of Sunanda Anti rust preventive or equivalent coating of polymer and
cement slurry in 1:1.5 proportion with soft brush without adding water including applying
another coat of rust preventing after 4 hours allowing Air Curing for 48 hours then applying
a priming cum bonding coat of polymer over the concrete surface etc. complete.

Providing and applying upto 30 mm thick polymer mortar comprising of approved quality
and make Polymer, Cement and washed Quartz Sand in proportion of 1:5:15 by weight to
RCC members in two layers with required water cement ratio for desired consistency. The
mortor shall be applied by hand and finishing the same by floating coat complete as per
manufacturer's specifications including curing, necessary scaffolding and executing the
work at all height and locations complete.

7 PAINTING WORK
i P.O.P. PUNNING FOR WALLS
Providing and applying Plaster of Paris punning in average 6 to 12 mm thick on walls and
columns to bring the surface in plumb line and level, including scrapping existing finish
over old plastered surface, necessary scaffolding etc. Complete as per design and
instructions by Architect / Engineer. 100 SMT

ii ACRYLIC PAINT
Preparing the earlier treated surface by scraping rubbing with sand paper applying two
coats of Birla white putty including its rubbing with sand paper to ensure smooth surface
including applying one coat of approved make primer and 2 or more coats of approved
colour and shade of Acrylic Distemper Paint to internal walls/ceiling/ surfaces including
Lobby areas etc. including necessary scaffolding etc. complete.

8 FALSE CEILING WORK

i GYPSUM BOARD FALSE CEILING
Providing and fixing 12 mm thk. Gypsum board false ceiling with 24 gauge G. I. frame at 2’

proper boxing / cutouts with extra framework for fixing lighting pelmet, fixtures, A. C. grills,
spotlights, Gypsum board joint should be covered with approved tape etc. Complete
