DEED OF DONATION OF A PORTION OF UNREGISTERED LAND
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:
This DEED OF DONATION is made and executed by and between;
LESENIA BALI-OS COLONG , of legal age, Filipino, married to Guzman T. Colong and a

resident of Danao, Sergio Osmeňa , Zamboanga del Norte, Philippines , hereinafter called as the
DONOR;
-and-
ROMAN CATHOLIC BISHOP OF DIPOLOG INC. hereinafter known as the

DONEE, represented by MOST REV. SEVERO C. CAERMARE , D.D., of legal age, Filipino
, single and with residence and postal address at Bishop’s Residence , Sicayab , Dipolog City,
Zamboanga del Norte;
W I T N E S S E T H;
That the DONOR is one (1) of the five (5) compulsory heirs of the late BASILIO BALI-
OS who died INTESTATE at Kanim, Sibutad, Zamboanga del Norte, Philippines, who
during his lifetime was the absolute owner/possessor of a certain parcel of land situated in
Danao, Sergio Osmeňa Sr., Zamboanga del Norte, Philippines, tax declared under his
name, which is more particularly described as follows:
“A parcel of land (Lot No. 3878) located in Danao, Sergio Osmeňa Sr., Zamboanga del
Norte, bounded on the North: DOMINADOR BALI-OS, East; FELICISIMO BANGIDOS,
South: LIBRADO BUHISAN, West: L. BUHISAN, containing an area of 6 hectares, more or
less and covered by Tax Declaration No. 18-0009-00019 and Property Identification No.
(PIN): 050-18-0009-001-11”
That for and in consideration of the DONOR’s love, faith and loyalty to the Roman
Catholic Church and as an act of liberality and generosity , the DONOR hereby freely and
voluntarily GIVE , DONATE ,CEDE, TRANSFER AND CONVEY by way of DONATION, a
portion of the above described parcel of land which will be taken from her hereditary share
containing an area THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE (375) Square Meters (15 meters x
25 meters) to be used as location area of the SAINT ISIDORE CHAPEL of the faithful in
DANAO, SERGIO OSMEÑA SR., ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE, free from all liens and
encumbrances:
The DONOR hereby allow the DONEE a four (4) meter-wide road right of way for the
necessary access highway to the public road in favor of the faithful at SAINT ISIDORE
CHAPEL.
That the DONOR does hereby state, for the purpose of giving full effect this donation,
that she reserves sufficient properties to support her in a manner appropriate to her needs;
That the DONEE, the ROMAN CATHOLIC BISHOP OF DIPOLOG, INC., duly
represented by MOST REV. SEVERO C. CAERMARE, D.D., do hereby accept this donation
and do hereby express his gratitude for the kindness and liberality of the DONOR;
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, We have hereunto set our hands this 20 th Day of March,
2021 at the Sergio Osmeňa Sr., Zamboanga del Norte, Philippines.

This instrument relates to a Deed of Donation consisting of two (2) pages including this
