    Official Rules for Mini Buggy Build
    Objective: Make an EPIC mini buggy

    Goals:
     Affordable
     Comfortable
     Compact
     Very epic looking
     Not sketchy
     Lightweight

    Requirements
    Total Budget of $1000
    1. (Parts that you already had laying around do not
    count towards the $1000 budget)
    Frame
    2. Must have a full roll cage of 14 gauge or thiccer
    steel
    2. Must not exceed 5’ in height while standing
    2.  Must have rack and pinion steering
    2. Must have an easily accessible engine kill switch in
    the cockpit area
    2. Must have an actual seatbelt, not a ratchet strap
    2. Metal frame must be painted or otherwise sealed
    2. All welds must have good penetration and coverage
    2. Lots of frame reinforcement.

    Suspension
    14. must have full suspension of some sort
    14. Must have a solid rear axle
    14. Axle no smaller than 1”  but i feel like that
    should be fairly obvious
    14. Rear tires must be 18” or taller, on 8” or larger
    rims
    14. Front tires must be 15” or taller, on 6” or
    larger rims
    14. Must have at LEAST 6” of ground clearance at
    the lowest point
    14. No less than 4” suspension travel front, and 6”
    travel rear
    14.  All tires must be tubeless
    Engine/Drive system
    22. Engine must be 4 stroke
    22. Engine must have no more than 4 cylinders
    22. Engine must not exceed 600cc displacement
    22. If the engine is a full manual, you must have a
    foot clutch, no hand clutch
    22. Shifter must be backwards to increase gear,
    and forwards to decrease gear
    22. Must use heavy duty chain, no smaller than
    #420. (50, 520, or 530 recommended)
    22. Must have good working brakes, hydraulic disc
    recommended

    Recommended to put some sort of storage rack


    on it, as were probably gonna end up
    overlanding these things and we’ll need to bring
    tents and stuff

    Cooling ducts or cooling fan recommended


    Basically at the end we just count how many rules our
    buggies follow and whoever breaks less rules wins. 
     Each rule listed above equals one point
     Every $25 over budget equals 1 deducted point
     A poll will be decided by the community which
    buggy they like best. The winner receives 3 points

    If lincoln wins i have to give him 5 free GKSR stickers


    and some random other thing to be determined
    If Tyler wins I have to give the 3hp briggs on the
    yellow minibike

    Wait but you already gave me that engine
