    MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL

    THE UNDERSIGNED COUNSEL, to this Honorable Court, most respectfully


    alleges that:

    1. He is the undersigned counsel for the accused in the above-captioned


    case.

    2. However, said accused and undersigned counsel cannot agree on some


    matters relating to the issues involved in this case. In fact, Mr. Comuyog
    has already intimated that he will be seeking the services of another
    counsel.

    3. Under the circumstances, undersigned counsel cannot continue handling


    this case without prejudicing the interest of the accused and has already
    had agreement with Mr. Comuyog that counsel will just withdraw his
    appearance in this case, per his confirmation signature herein.

    PRAYER

    WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed of this


    Honorable Court that the undersigned counsel be granted leave of court to withdraw his
    appearance as counsel for the accused and that he be relieved of the duties as such.
    Other reliefs just and equitable under the premises are also prayed for.
    Baguio City, Philippines.
