LM748 Operational Amplifier

General Description Features
The LM748 is a general purpose operational amplifier with Y Frequency compensation with a single 30 pF capacitor
external frequency compensation. Y Operation from g 5V to g 20V
The unity-gain compensation specified makes the circuit Y Continuous short-circuit protection
stable for all feedback configurations, even with capacitive Y Operation as a comparator with differential inputs as
loads. It is possible to optimize compensation for best high high as g 30V
frequency performance at any gain. As a comparator, the Y No latch-up when common mode range is exceeded
output can be clamped at any desired level to make it com- Y Same pin configuration as the LM101
patible with logic circuits.
The LM748C is specified for operation over the 0§ C to
a 70§ C temperature range.
