DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Random inspection of cranes and all rigging accessories.

 Monitoring of riser and pipeline tie in spool lifting and installation activities with
respect to the approved drawings, installation procedures and lifting plan.
 Inspection of scaffolding facilities on the unmanned platform and process platform to
enable installation activities.
 Periodic sanitation and hygiene inspection on construction barge.
 To organize periodic mock drills on the construction barge.
 To participate in the complex mock drills.
 To organize daily tool box meetings.
 Participated in daily HSE meetings with contractor representatives’ and asset
representatives.
 Safety monitoring of the barge and platform during rigging, welding and cutting
activities on the construction barge and platform.
 Safety monitoring during diving activities.
 Checking of the work permit (Hot Cold)
 Safety monitoring during personnel transfer from boat to barge and vice versa.
  Field visit and safety observation in all work sites.

 Daily meeting with responsible persons and providing clearance to Work Permits
system.
 Ensure safety of personnel, equipment and environment by conducting safety
inspection at site.
 Preparing emergency plans & mock drills.
 Report and investigate all Near Miss, Incidents and accidents and identify the root
