    1) RoHS 2.0 Directive 2011/65/EU
    2) RoHS 3.0 Directive 2015/863/EU
    3) European Union Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 (REACH)
    4) European Union RULE CE N. 850/2004

    RoHS: This letter applies to all alloys and fluxes except lead containing solders and cadmium
    containing products. (Those products not covered by this declaration can be found on Attachment 1.)

    Compliance Statement: Harris Products Group states that all products, (except
    above noted in Attachment 1), conform to the limits for restricted materials, (Lead,
    Mercury, Hexavalent Chromium, Cadmium, PBB, and PBDE), as defined in the directives
    listed above.

    REACH: This letter applies to all alloys and fluxes except lead containing solders and cadmium
    containing products and certain flux containing products. (Those products not covered by this
    declaration can be found on Attachment 1.)

    The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) Substances of Very High Concern, (SVHC)
    published in accordance with Article 59 (10) of the REACH Regulation, Candidate List of
    Substances, as found on http://echa.europa.eu/candidate-list-table/. (Most current update
    verified as of January 29, 2021)

    Component Qualification: Each Harris Products Group component is assessed in


    accordance with the Harris Products Group procedure for approval of material. Harris Products
    Group confirms conformance by using supplier material declarations and, (or), product chemical
    analysis.
