    STIPULATED FINAL JUDGMENT

    ON THIS the 14th day of September, 2021, appear plaintiff Marc Parella and defendants

    Dickran H. Atamian, Price Group, Inc., Price Rubin & Partners, and North American Artists

    Foundation, Inc., both individually and by and through counsel. Pursuant to communications

    between plaintiff and defendants, the parties have resolved the instant matter by means of a

    Stipulated Final Judgment, the terms of which are as follows:

    1. On July 31, 2017, plaintiff Marc Parella initiated this matter by filing a complaint

    alleging causes of action sounding in breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and

    conversion; the complaint (Dkt. # 2) is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.

    2. On October 18, 2019, defendants Dickran H. Atamian, Price Group, Inc., Price

    Rubin & Partners, and North American Artists Foundation, Inc. each filed an answer to

    plaintiff’s complaint, denying the allegations contained within the complaint, and are

    incorporated herein by reference in their entirety. See Dkt. ## 61, 62, 63, 64.

    3. On February 26, 2021, after mutual exchanges between plaintiff and all four

    defendants, the parties reached an agreement in which defendants Dickran H. Atamian, Price

    Group, Inc., Price Rubin & Partners, and North American Artists Foundation, Inc. stipulate to

    the following:

    a. The allegations in cause of action no. 1 (breach of contract), cause of

    action no. 2 (breach of fiduciary duty), and cause of action no. 3 (conversion) are all

    resolved in favor of plaintiff Marc Parella.

    b. Defendants Dickran H. Atamian, Price Group, Inc., Price Rubin &

    Partners, and North American Artists Foundation, Inc., as a result of the forgoing

    stipulations, shall pay to plaintiff Marc Parella damages in the amount of THREE

    HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($300,000).

    c. Liability for payment of the damages referenced immediately above shall

    be apportioned among defendants Dickran H. Atamian, Price Group, Inc., Price Rubin &

    Partners, and North American Artists Foundation, Inc. jointly and severally.

    d. Each party shall assume responsibility for his/its own attorney’s fees and

    costs incurred in the course of litigating the instant matter through the date of the entry of

    this judgment.

    4. This stipulated final judgment shall serve to fully and finally resolve all issues

    and claims between the parties that have arisen or could have arisen pertaining to the allegations

    of the complaint and the defenses in the answers.

    IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that judgment is

    entered in favor of plaintiff Marc Parella and against defendants Dickran H. Atamian, Price

    Group, Inc., Price Rubin & Partners, and North American Artists Foundation Inc. in the amount

    of $300,000 plus post-judgment interest thereon from this date at the rate of .07 % per annum.

    IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that this is a final

    judgment terminating this case.
