    RUBRIC FOR REFLECTION PAPER
    Gender Sensitivity really helps me gain knowledge, especially in being more sensitive
    and appreciative of both men and women, because we have different ways of thinking
    or perspective about everyone's roles in life. I've learned that we should always check
    on our friends to see if they've been discriminated against, so we can address their
    problem. In that way, we can share our knowledge so they know how to fight against
    being discriminated against by other genders. Both genders should have fair treatment
    everywhere. And we should always be considerate and not biased. To avoid
    discrimination, we should accept and understand them.

    Gender sensitivity is both entertaining and educational, because it makes me realize


    how cautious we should be in our communication. Because ccommunication is also part
    of gender sensitivity, that has a big role. In our way of communicating, we should be
    careful so they don't misunderstand and feel bad. Because we have different beliefs and
    perspectives, we should just understand them. We should accept and understand that
    in our generation, or what they call the 21st century, the traditional roles of men and
    women are changing. For example, before the role of women was to stay at home to
    clean and take care of their husband and children, now men can also do it. In short,
    men and women can choose what roles they want to play.

    About Multiple Intelligence: For me, it was so amazing, educational, and entertaining at
    the same time. After listening to Ms. Villanueva's discussion and after reading his theory
    about multiple intelligence. I can say that it was so amazing because his theory, people
    realized that they shouldn't focus on what they called general intelligence. Because of
    Mr. Howard's theory, they discovered that there were more candidates for intelligence in
    the world. That intelligence is based on the IQ of an individual. After discovering Mr.
    Howard's theory, there was lots of intelligence in each of the individuals that became
    popular.

    Mr. Howard's multiple intelligence has eight suggestions or discoveries. My favorite is


    the Naturalistic because I am a fur parent to my lovely cat. Being naturalistic towards
    animals and mother nature is really educational and entertaining. After knowing the
    definition of gender sensitivity and multiple intelligence, I feel more knowledgeable. And
    I think that there is a connection between gender sentivity and multiple intelligences. For
    example, if a person has kinaesthetic ability, which means he/she is good at acting and
    sports, it can affect his/her ability if there is no fair treatment between his/her genders.
    Knowing that they have connections to each other is really helpful in identifying if they
    are being discriminated against in their workplace. We should always value and pay
    attention to every sex or gender in this world, because even the smallest wrongdoings
    can affect the whole life of a person. And when it comes to multiple intelligence, I've
    realized that his theory has become helpful in this world, knowing that there is lots of
    intelligence that has never been discovered. That's why Mr. Howard's theory is really
    amazing.
