Thoughts
1 Use-Cases : The scope of this platform is beyond just selling modular homes & Pods. As
mentioned before we aim to strike bigger prefab contracts such as Mobile
Hospitals to increase healthcare reach , Toilets for swachh india, Office pods
for remote work from anywhere and even build modular hotels in exotic
places for tourism while bringing affordable solutions to prefab utilities and
housing industry.

2 Future: Developed countries have started adopting these new prefab concepts and
it’s slowly building momentum in countries like India. I see a great possibility
where this niche can be organised and dominated. This can be done by our
cost-effective, highly scalable platform model. Recently even Elon Musk
shifted to a prefab foldable home !

3 Experience : IIIT-B was a great experience as a startup enthusiast and i was able to clear
doubts, network & learn a lot. I was able to built the website during the
bootcamp to explain the concept with the help of this pitch. I’m eager to make
this novel idea a reality and wanted to take leverage of IIIT-B incubation
support so that i’m able to to seize & organise the prefab industry with this
innovation.
