1. The things I do at home are helping with the house chores, doing exercise, and reading while at
school is listening to the discussion, and at the community is helping through my simple ways by
picking trash, helping the less fortunate ones, and extending a helping hand.

deposits, and your likelihood of developing weight-related disease while Body mass index is a
value derived from the mass and height of a person. 
2. I want to know how I am going to stay physically fit with the help of BMI and waist
circumference.
3. I learned that the two methods that are commonly used to estimate whether you are a healthy
weight or not are body mass index (BMI) and waist circumference.

1. I can say that at my age I am physically fit because I was able to do the physical fitness test.
2. My strength is the sit and reach which is the flexibility component as well as my endurance
which I did well in the 3 min step.
3. My goals are first I will maintain my exercise plan, second is eating the right kinds of food, and
third is good sleeping habits.

1. Health related fitness is the activities that you do in order to try to improve your physical health
and stay healthy.
2. Health-related fitness (HRF) components are cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength,
muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition.
3. The assessment exercise that I can do to assess my own physical fitness are applying BMI, zipper
test, 3 minute step test.
4. Body Mass Index (BMI) is a person's weight in kilograms divided by the square of height in
meters. Its uses are to assess our weight categories.
5. Yes, it will help.
6. Using FITT guidelines in making health related exercises helps us create a workout plan that will
be more effective in reaching our fitness goals. Since we all have bodies that acts and reacts
differently to exercises, we must know our strengths and limits through the FITT guidelines.
7. Our goals should be measurable so that its attainable.
8. Yes, I was enlightened and motivated to commit to my physical fitness plans by the help and
guide of FITT exercises.
