of goods and services is continuously crucial . And with the COVID-19 pandemic continuing to spread, many countries have slowed
reopening and some are reinstating partial lockdowns to protect susceptible populations.
B. Does Market segments helps the target Marketing?
- Market Segmentation helps the target marketing because in segmentation there's a characterestics that can guide to target
marketing to know what would be the their target place , people , age that can catch and help their business to grow , what would
be the indemand product that can satisfied the needs and wants of their customers . In market Product design is the process
designers use to blend user needs with business goals to help brands make consistently successful products. segments
characteristics includes the interest , lifestyle, age , gender and etc. these characteristics is applicable to know or to know of the
owner.
C. Explain the Brand Equity
- Brand equity describes a brand’s value , the value is determined by consumer perception and experiences with the brand and if
people think a highly of the brand, it has positive brand equity and when a brand consistently under delivers and disappoints to
the point where people recommend that others avoid it, it has negative brand equity. And also in brand equity can build a
companion and relationship with a customer , that would be a loyal customer in the end.

need to know to define the problem indentifying the problem that is keeping you from achieving your goal Sometimes your
