II. GENERAL DD
NK-T15 x-ray radiography table is a non-earth-track dedicated integrated radiography table,
it can be used with various types of x-ray machine. It is mainly application to the normal
radiography and bucky radiography for different parts of body. Meantime, it can be matched
with the radiology bucky stand to realize many functions.
III. Technical parameters

IV. Installation & Adjustment

1, The room requirements:
The lowest level of the room: 2.8 m
The minimum area of the room: 4 × 3.5 m (length × width)
The minimum size of the room door: 1.5 × 2.2 m (width × height)
The ground floor of the room: firm and smooth
2, Installation and adjustment:
Figure 2 shows the actual situation with the reference room layout, drill the expansion bolt
hole, the table should find a good level after the fastening expansion bolts. Then, remove
the horizontal movement table frame. And release the device for fixing the brake device on
the lateral movement of the table frame.
When the other parts of the radiography table are installed, remove the limit of the table
bucky and install it on the other side of the pulley, and remove the damping pad under the
bucky wheel to make the bucky run smoothly on the slide rails.

When the radiography table is fully installed, remove the decorative cover, adjust the four
eccentric bearings not only to ensure the center of the column perpendicular to the level,
but also to ensure the x-ray focus center and film center coincidence ( use radiography film
to test).
3, Wiring method
The machine uses the AC220V power supply, connect the wires which market with no.01,
no.02 with the power supply. Among, make the yellow/green wire connect with the ground.
The column line XT2 is located in the top of the column (see Figure 8), the wiring of which is
shown in the following figure:

XT2 11,12 feet provide an AC12V power supply for the collimator view field indicator lamp.

V. Using & Storage

NK-15T radiography table, table longitudinal, horizontal lock, the use of electromagnetic
brake, braking force, fast and reliable, by the normally closed foot switch 6 (see Figure 1,
the same below) to control, flexible and convenient operation. When the patient lies on the
table to take radiography, the doctor trigger the infrared foot switch by putting feet in the
middle of the infrared line , it can be achieved for the patient position, and when doctor
move foot away, the table can be locked.
NK-15T radiography table can be achieved column 3 and the table bucky 5 in conjunction

with the synchronous movement, it is convenient for the doctor to make patient position.
NK-15T radiography table can also make tilting radiography under the column and the table
bucky disengaged. That is, move the bucky under the table to depart from the column.
When move the bucky under the table to the requirement position, press the column brake
button to lock the column, press the x ray tube focus rotation brake button, meantime,
rotate the x ray tube to the requirement position and then release the button, now, it can
make tilting radiography. (The column brake button and the x ray tube rotation button are all
on the console box)
NK-15T radiography table x-ray tube assembly can be rotated at any angle, and can
achieve everywhere positioning, and can be used with vertical radiology bucky stand.
NK-15T radiography table column can achieve ± 180 ° rotation and 90 ° positioning,
more convenient for doctor use.
Transport and Storage Conditions:

a) Ambient temperature range: -40 ℃ ~ +55 ℃
b) Relative humidity range: ≤ 95%
c) Atmospheric pressure range: 50kpa ~ 106kpa
Operation Conditions:
a) relative temperature range: 10 ℃ ~ 40 ℃
b) Relative humidity range: 35% to 75%
c) Atmospheric pressure range: 70kpa ~ 106kpa
d) Power supply: 220V ± 22V 50Hz ± 1Hz
VI. Maintenance
1, The operating room often keep clean, dry, often wipe the surface of the moving parts of
the slide, no dust, inclusions.
2, Regularly check the bearing with or without wear, corrosion, lack of oil, etc., if necessary,
clean, and then coated with clean oil.
3, It should pay attention to maintenance to ensure that the normal work of machinery and
give full play to its effectiveness.

damaged and timely replacement.
△ ! Note Failure of the machine should be carried out by an authorized person.
4, Daily fault judgment:

Fault phenomenon Fault Reasons
A. The brake coil does not work.(1) No power input. Such as: fuse broken and
so on.
(2) Brake coil blown.
B. Brake coil abnormal sound. Brake coil and suction interface gap is not
adjusted well.
C. Moving parts, rotating parts Check the bearing whether is damaged, and
stuck. whether have the deformation of the
trajectory.
